Dear Right Advice,
-BlahBlahBlah- only a teenager -BlahBlahBlah- dont want to take any pills or any fancy drinks to help me lose weight -BlahBlahBlah- i want to -BlahBlahBlah- healthy -BlahBlahBlah- natural -BlahBlahBlah- and also not workouts that are going to kill me -BlahBlahBlah- as a student i dont have that kind of time -BlahBlahBlah- gym but couldnt afford it. -BlahBlahBlah- advice on how to tickle my taste buds with good healthy food -BlahBlahBlah- excercise thats not gonna break my bank -BlahBlahBlah-.

If only schools had programs which would help you lead an athletic lifestyle, but also hold you accountable for your academic performance. Oh right... that's called SPORTS.

Sometimes what helps is hearing a complete stranger tell you you're fat.

You're fat.

The reason why you're fat is because you like food. You want to continue to like food, but not be fat.

My advice to you: Eat shit that doesn't taste good and you won't miss tasty food because you'll be full.
